1. Partnership Agreement
Revenue Sharing Model
WebGen and Creator split all generated revenue 50/50
Revenue includes all income from systems we build and maintain
No upfront costs or monthly fees for creators
Revenue sharing begins only after systems generate income
Service Scope
Complete monetization system development and implementation
Ongoing optimization and technical maintenance
Strategic guidance and performance monitoring
Revenue processing and transparent reporting
2. Creator Responsibilities
Content Creation: Continue producing quality content for your audience
Promotion: Actively promote monetization systems to your audience
Compliance: Follow platform guidelines and legal requirements
Communication: Provide timely feedback and participate in strategy sessions
Accuracy: Provide accurate information about audience and content
3. WebGen Responsibilities
System Development: Build and deploy complete monetization systems
Technical Support: Provide ongoing maintenance and technical support
Optimization: Continuously optimize systems for maximum revenue
Reporting: Provide transparent revenue reporting and analytics
Strategy: Offer strategic guidance for revenue growth
4. Intellectual Property
Creator Content
Creators retain full ownership of their content and intellectual property
WebGen receives limited license to use content for monetization purposes
System Ownership
WebGen retains ownership of proprietary systems and technologies
Creators receive perpetual license to use systems built for them
5. Payment Terms
Payment Schedule: Revenue shares paid monthly within 15 days of month end
Minimum Threshold: $100 minimum for payment processing
Payment Methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods
Tax Responsibility: Each party responsible for their own taxes
Transparency: Full access to revenue reports and analytics
6. Termination
Termination by Creator
30 days written notice required
Revenue sharing continues for existing systems
Creator retains access to built systems
Termination by WebGen
For breach of terms or illegal activity
30 days notice for non-material breaches
Immediate termination for material breaches
7. Disclaimers and Limitations
No Revenue Guarantees: While we use proven strategies, revenue results may vary
Platform Risk: Changes to social media platforms may affect performance
Market Conditions: Economic factors may impact monetization success
Technical Issues: We're not liable for third-party service disruptions
8. Dispute Resolution
Good Faith: Parties agree to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation
Mediation: Unresolved disputes go to mediation before arbitration
Arbitration: Final disputes resolved through binding arbitration
Governing Law: Agreement governed by laws of Massachusetts, United States
